Q: Regarding painting the Cyber Formula Collection Vol. 1 (TV series)

We have recently received inquiries regarding the paintwork on certain parts of the product in question, which we have been selling since March 2014.

Q: The parts are too stiff and I can't assemble them.

Due to the inherent properties of PVC products, the material itself may expand or contract with changes in temperature, which can cause parts to become stiff.

Warming the parts and connecting holes with a hairdryer or hot water will soften the material and make assembly easier.

(※Please be careful not to burn yourself when heating.)

Q: The package was damaged.

The packaging is for protecting the product itself, and therefore, unless the damage affects the product itself, it will not be eligible for exchange. Please understand this in advance.

Due to the nature of the hand-painted nature of the product, there may be slight variations in color intensity and other imperfections in each item.

Please note that due to our specifications, we may not be able to fulfill all of your requests.

Q: The product is different from what I saw at the event or in the magazine.

The items displayed at pre-release events are development samples.

Please note that the actual product may differ slightly from the image shown.

Q: When will the product I sent to the consultation center be returned?

Please allow approximately one week for us to process your request after your product arrives at our company.

*Please note that we may experience significant delays in return shipments during the New Year's holiday period and other long holiday periods.

Q: What are the release date and shipping date?

Q: I suspect the item I bought might be counterfeit. Please authenticate it.

We do not offer product appraisal services.

We are unable to answer questions about products that have not yet been announced. Thank you for your understanding.

If there is sufficient demand from our customers, we may consider reselling the product.
